Customer comments

On September 4, 2011, I experienced a flat tire in my garage and I had to use my Roadside Assistance for the first time. The dispatcher indicated that “Call Charlie” would come to my home to change the tire. Within the prescribed time, “Call Charley” came to my home to change my flat tire. An automated system called me to confirm that help had arrived. The gentleman was punctual, professional and very pleasant to work with. I was very happy with the communication from the Roadside Assistance dispatcher and the service from “Call Charlie”.

"Call Charley, he is the best"

Customer called us for a lock out today and said that someone stopped while he was in distress and handed him our card. They said " Call Charley, he is the best". So he did. Whomever you are, we thank you.

Working with Motor Clubs

I've read some post on other blogs that Service Providers are unhappy with the motor clubs they are working with.  These are the Motor Clubs we work with:

Allstate
Asurion
Auto Helpline
Cross Country
NSD
Signature
Quest Towing

Call Charley  has not had any problems with these motor clubs. The customer service from these clubs are pretty good and they pay us on time.
